Collagen fibers form the foundation for elastin and hyaluronic acid, which play a crucial role in maintaining skin elasticity and hydration. Unfortunately, as we age, our body naturally produces less collagen and hyaluronic acid, leading to wrinkles and decreased skin elasticity.

Although we can't reverse the effects of aging, we can slow them down by supplying the skin with essential active ingredients. However, due to their large molecular weight and size, these ingredients often can't penetrate deep enough into the skin.

Our advanced skincare solution utilizes Phospholipid micelles to deliver these active ingredients to the skin's deeper layers for maximum effectiveness. Phospholipid micelles are microscopic structures composed of phospholipids, which are an important component of cell membranes. The spherical shape and water-repelling interior of these micelles make it easier for them to penetrate the skin and reach deeper layers, thus improving the overall effectiveness of our skincare products.

Everyone’skin is different; you may notice a change in your skin as early as two weeks, but it may take up to eight weeks. Because we are focused on working on long term skin benefits, it is normal not to see any instant results.

Yes. The efficacy of our products is tested through third-party human clinical tests. The clinical tests were conducted in accordance with:

  • The general principles of medical ethics in clinical research coming from the Declaration of Helsinki (June 1964) and its successive amendments.
  • The international recommendations relating to Good Clinical Practices for conducting clinical trials for drugs ICH E6(R1) of 10/06/1996 (CPMP/ICH/135/95).
  • The Directive of the European Parliament and Council 2001/20/EC concerning the harmonization of legislative, statutory and administrative provisions of the member States relating to the application of good clinical practices when conducting clinical trials for drugs for human use – OJ/EC of 01/05/2001.
  • The COLIPA recommendations - August 1997: “guidelines for the assessment of human skin compatibility”.

All AGC products are clinically tested. Before going to market, AGC tests all products for safety and efficacy through independent, third-party human clinical studies.

Yes. Our products generally have a 12 month expiry date, which is the final date at which it can be used – provided it has been stored correctly. You can find the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Our natural products are made using very similar ingredients and methods as medicine and food, which are both categories where expiry dates are required by law. Many active ingredients such as peptides and vitamins are not stable for long and start losing their beneficial properties due to molecular breakdown in a matter of few months.

Vitamin C (Sodium ascorbyl phosphate) in our AGC’s Micellar Toner Cleanser is an example.  Vitamin C is a popular active ingredient in modern skin care products. The antioxidant properties of vitamin C and its role in collagen synthesis make vitamin C a vital molecule for skin health. However, Vitamin C is not stable for long. When oxidised the antioxidant effect decreases. The solution becomes more yellow, however, the cleansing and toning effect will remain unchanged

To maintain stability, most skincare formulas contain synthetic preservatives and various other additives such as stabilizers, fillers, color, and fragrance enhancers that harm the skin. AGC takes a different approach by using fresh ingredients and marking our products with an actual expiration date, demonstrating our commitment to potent and pure skincare. We encourage you to start using the product right away to take advantage of the fresh and potent ingredients. To ensure best quality of use, it is important to ensure your AGC’s products are stored correctly—Keep it sealed when not in use, and out of direct heat & sunlight.

Moisturisers: should be used 3 months after opening.

Serums: should be used within 3 months after opening. This is because they contain high performing ingredients that can lose their effectiveness over time.

Cleanser: should be used 3 months after opening.

Oils: can last for 12 months depending on how they’re stored – they should be kept in a cool, dark place, otherwise they can go rancid if stored incorrectly.

Our family sufferers from allergy reaction with the skincare product and that is the reason AGC was created. Our products are made with natural ingredients and have been tested for sensitivity, but it's still possible for individuals with allergies to have adverse reactions. If you have a history of allergies, it's recommended to consult a dermatologist or medical professional before using AGC products. In case of any irritation, redness, or itching, discontinue use immediately.

Our 30 ml products will last up to 2-3 months with daily use. However, this depends on the product dosage and frequency.

Yes, AGC products are strategically formulated to work for all skin types including sensitive skin. Every product is dermatologist tested to be non-irritating and non-sensitizing.

All of our custom skincare is designed to be pH balanced. The ideal pH for adult skin is around pH 5.5, and we formulate within this range when possible

No, AGC currently does not have any products with SPF. Keep an eye on our website for updates and new product launches.

No, we do not test any of our finished products, ingredients, or formulas on animals.

Denatured alcohol is often used as a cheap, fast-evaporating solvent and found in many cosmetic products. It can be harsh on the skin and damage the skin barrier. On the other hand alcohol found in alcoholic beverages is called ethyl alcohol or ethanol. Ethanol is produced naturally when yeast and other microbes ferment sugars found in plants.

It acts as an anti-foaming agent, astringent, antimicrobial agent, and a solvent. It also helps deliver the active ingredients of a product and make products absorb and dry faster on the skin. It is as not a harmful ingredient to the skin as Denatured Alcohol and is particularly beneficial for those with oily and/or acne-prone skin type

We recommended you to speak with a dermatologist or medical professional to determine if using products with ethanol is safe given your specific allergies and medical history.

In line with our sustainability ethos we do not produce individual product samples in order to minimise packaging waste and we hope you will understand our reasons for this. We do not currently provide samples. However, please see if there is a stockist near you where you should be able to try a tester.

Shipping, Delivery & Return

Orders submitted before 8 AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday are processed the same day and shipped the next day.

Orders submitted after 8 AM Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday are processed the next day and shipped the day after.

Orders submitted after 8 AM on Thursday are processed Friday and shipped on Monday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.

Orders submitted between 8 AM Friday and 8 AM Monday are processed Monday and shipped Tuesday as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.

Customs, excise and any applicable VAT duties differentiate from country to country and are not included in our shipping rates. Your local haulier will contact you when your goods arrive to the destination country and advise if any custom charges are applicable.

If your product was delivered damaged/faulty product, please contact us at care@angelinageorgeskincare.com and provide a clear photo of the damage, as well as the package your order was shipped in, and our team is happy to help you!

If your prodcut(s) is faulty, please contact us at care@angelinageorgeskincare.com and provide a clear photo of the damage. Please also include the product batch code that is printed on the base of the product. On confirmation of the faulty product, we will arrange for the product to be collected, and the damaged product will be replaced.

If your product is missing, please double check around the property and with your neighbours. You can also contact the carrier as sometime instances with a mis-scan may occur.  If this cannot be found, please contact care@angelinagegeorgeskincare.com for assistance in locating your parcel. Please note that if you contact us after 2 + weeks from the delivery date listed on the tracking we will not be able to provide a replacement for the parcel if lost.

We cannot send a new product until the original has been confirmed missing, and are unable to assist for damaged and missing products outside the 30 day return policy timeframe, and without a photo of the broken or damaged product.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to collect from a delivery office you will be responsible for paying for the return cost as well as an additional shipping fee for us to resend it you. If you request a refund this will be minus our shipping cost and a €10.00 restock fee.

If it looks like box has been tampered with, damaged in transit or not fully sealed please keep the box until the issue is resolved as we will need photos sent over as evidence. Without these photos your claim may not be accepted. 

If there are no obvious  issues with the box we would ask you to keep it until the situation is resolved.

We are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at Angelinageorgeskincare.com. If you purchased a product at one of our authorized retailers or counters, please contact them directly.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. You can find AGC’s return policy in the Terms of Service.

All site-wide promotional sales are final and these orders are not eligible for return/refund.
